  • NON-WASHINGTON USER SUPPORT
A National CDEMS Support Group has formed with teleconferences scheduled the fourth Wed of each month for networking and collaboration on registry topics. Minutes summarizing discussions and information about future meetings is available on the "Self-Support" page.

The Washington Dept. of Health funds training and technical support for CDEMS users in Washington State. Non-Washington users are encouraged to use self-support resources available on the CDEMS web site or IT experts within their own clinics. Fee-based technical assistance is available from Jackie Gianunzio, CDEMS Technical Support Consultant. For more information about national training and support options, please visit www.support.cdems.com.

Due to a very small response to the recent national CDEMS survey, there are no statistics to share about CDEMS use nationally. Still, we're interested in knowing about the spread of CDEMS across the country and the world! Please do drop a note to jackie@cdems.com if you're willing to share your organization name, location, and # of patients in your registry. Thank you!
